I’ve had several vendors that were not as professional. Either late when showing up for work or just not great quality during the install process. Examples: laying down tile. Irrigation, landscaping etc. Armed Forces Roofing is a family owned business. Customer service was 5 stars. Overall cost was competitive from the other 4 quotes I received. Jake was always on site, cleanup was excellent and done in 2 days. Great guarantees for the type of shingles we selected and Owens Corning had designer selections at the same price as their regular line. The quote that Jake submitted on site was the most detailed with pictures of the work that would be done on the first initial call. Everyone else had to go back to the office to work up a quote. and no detailed pictures that showed what the job consisted of. Being a veteran and his knowledge of this trade, you can’t go wrong in selecting this very professional company.

I had a water stain in my ceiling obviously from the roof. Called my handyman and was referred to Armed Forces Roofing. I called and Jacob came out that same day (a holiday no less) and figured out what the problem was. The roof repair was completed quickly. I will definitely call Armed Forces Roofing for further repairs and when I need my roof replaced, which I’m sure will be in a couple years due to the age of the roof. Highly recommend them for any repairs you need. Honest and fair for the work they do. They also keep you informed as they do the work so you are not in the dark as to the repairs being done. Just an all around a great experience.

Although my roof didn’t need replacement, due to the previous owner having it re-roofed, I suspected a leak. Jacob, owner of Armed Forces Roofing, came out the same day I called for an estimate. He immediately pointed out there was no wall flashing installed (looks like the previous roofing company did not do their “Best”). He explained what was needed to make the repair, quoted a very fair price and showed me pictures of the problem – yes, there was a leak. I was very impressed with the level of detail given during the repair. The integrity, quality of work, expertise and communication shown by these guys rates much higher than 5 stars … definitely call them if you need roofing services!

I am very happy with my new roof! Jacob is the owner and a fellow Veteran. We talked in detail before the job started and he was very up front with his recommendations and showed me pictures of MY roof when he did his inspection. Jacob had a crew that works for him (not sub-contractors or day workers). Jacob was on the job personally to make sure everything was done properly, and I can tell that his crew has the same level of commitment to perfection that Jacob has. He even went above and beyond when he included things that we had not even discussed, but he knew it should be done in order to be done correctly. I can not recommend Armed Forces Roofing highly enough. On top of all this …the cost of the new roof matched his quote exactly, AND was very competitive if not LESS than other quotes I received. They showed up on time, explained what they were doing, provided the materials and the right color matched shingles. Before starting he asked me if I had any questions. They did an excellent job and cleaned up and took all the trash with them. If you have a roofing job that needs to be done right give them a call and he will definitely take care of you. Thanks for everything. By the way I got his number from my neighbor who also had a solar vent installed.

Jacob the owner of the company was really helpful and more than fair, in negotiating my full roof replacement. As a single woman I was anticipating all kinds of difficulties, especially since I also had 20 solar panels. Jacob was amazing in helping to coordinate the solar removal and new roof installation. He took care of everything, ie. permits, inspections etc and explained the process. He did what he said he was going to do, and was able to finish my roof in one day. In the midst of all the power outages, down trees, and panic in the area after a hurricane, Armed Forces Roofing pleasantly answered their phone and scheduled an appointment the same day we called after a palm tree came down on our roof leaving a gaping hole. I contacted Jacob after Hurricane Milton for roof damage to a home that was to close 4 days later after another roofing company did not leave us confident in the work to be done.
